Linux-SIG -- Cross-campus support / advice for Linux users

About Linux-SIG

This Special Interest Group (SIG) covers all aspects of Linux use, ostensibly (but not limited to) that at the University. User-level Linux applications, libraries, configurations, workflows etc. are all most definitely within scope.

We welcome all manner of informal discussion, at all levels from absolute beginner to seasoned pro. From "I've got this problem, how have others solved it?" to "[insert application here] looks cool, has anybody used it?".

Over time, we hope the mailing list archives might develop into a useful FAQ-type reference for Linux users on campus.
